We even set aside default judgments entered through no fault of your own. Sometimes we are forced to stay (postpone) an impending lockout.

If you have received an unlawful detainer or eviction paperwork, you have come to the right place. We offer eviction protection and tenant representation. We use all available, ethical means to fight the eviction process.
We use our 30 years of legal experience to identify technical ways to defeat or lengthen the eviction process. We push the limits, but unlike some legal outfits, we only use legitimate, good-faith, meritorious defenses — we don't advise bankruptcy just for the sake of delaying an eviction.
We respond to and fight unlawful detainers vigorously. We only use demurrers, motions to strike, consolidation, and removal to Federal Court where appropriate and not just as a means of delay. This way neither you nor the office will be subject to sanctions or discipline.
